Law Magazine
BGI has published its Law Magazine since 2007. BGI took the initiative to publish a magazine featuring monographic materials of general interest, based on a legal standpoint and a practical approach. The purpose of this publication was to create a series of issues, each devoted exclusively to one subject, conteining the basic information that any layperson should know regarding the law within the field in question. Each issue thus provides an overview of the particular theme being addressed.
Thus, our first issue was devoted to “Purchasing Real Estate throughout the World”, whilst our second issue was on “Inheritance Rights”.
The following issues were devoted to the following themes:
- Corporate Law
- Bankruptcy Law
- Environmental or Renewable Energy Law
- Etc, etc.
BGI News
Since it was founded, Balms Group International has always pursued the goal of maintaining close contact with its clients. In order to keep its members up to date with legislative developments in different fields in the various countries, where BGI members have their offices, the network began publishing a News Letter, “BGI News”. Although this publication continues to be referred to as a News Letter, it soon became a magazine containing general information regarding our network, one in which, every six months we provide information on the last BGI Conference staged, and the network´s next International Conference. The magazine also contains general interest articles, information regarding legislative changes in our various jurisdictions, details of the successes achieved by our offices with regard to judgments issued in the respective countries, and news of interest from the standpoint of investment and from a legal point of view, not to mention information regarding renewable energies, BGI´s new members, candidates, social events, our Foundation and its corresponding events, and so on.
