Mr. Javier Pasqual Garófano
Degree in Law, the University of Deusto (Bilbao). He studied Philosophy and Spanish Philology.
He started his practical training as lawyer of the Land Registry (Public Registry of Property) in Pamplona.
Founder partner of BALMS Vigo in 1999. Between 2000 to 2005 dealt mainly with judicial proceedings of a private nature and specializes in procurement and civil liability.
He has interceded in hundreds of traffic accidents procedures, insurance and impairment assessment.
He regularly attends specialized courses in civil and commercial matters.
He is the Department’s litigation manager of BALMS Office in Vigo.
Since 2005 he is more aimed at defending businesses against Banks, business situations of crisis, insolvency law and maritime transport.
He has participated as a speaker at various seminars as guest professor for comparative law in the ISDE.
He has published articles in several law journals and been guest professor at business schools, chambers of commerce, etc.
